Already is! USA/British invasion of Iraq is considered ilegal, for example. Not that it really matters, though. The consequences of such ilegalities are hardly appliable.

People give the UN shit about it not working and back out of various treaties and the like but don't seem to realise that it requires their participation to work. One of those self fufilling prophecies.

gun control is pointless it means the criminal who has a black market pistol is going to make a family suffer rather than potentaly end up DOA leaking through the ambulance floor, and i belive that if someone choses to ignore someones right to life liberty and the persuit of happyness there is apsolutuly no reason to respect any right to such things they may feal they have. also there should be a balance of power between the people and the government, and this is what gun control is relay about, the government should fear its people becaus they should have the power to put it down should it go out of control, thats why they want to take away our assault weapons that are rairly if ever used in crimes and long range sniper rifles that no one ever gets shot with, the majority of crimes are commited with saturday night specials and sutch not assault rifles or sniper rifles. criminals are already not alowed to own handguns, so why would we want anymore bans?
