Yup -- Always have some $20 graphics card nestled in the corner somewhere.

(Of course, this is no good if your mobo's PCIe bits kick the bucket, whereas integrated graphics would work in that case. That's a highly unlikely occurrence, though)

When Cookie Bank Incorporated suffered a GPU failure, the GPU was automatically removed and the next GPU on the conveyor belt slotted into place within seconds, and a short psuedo-hibernation based restore returned the mainframe to optimum functionality with time to spare. The automated GPU replacement assembly has proven efficient, and has 5 GPUs ready for insertion at any moment. Coupled with recent advances in Cookie physics, this has allowed us to keep an uptime of 106.2%

You don't need a dvd-writer. Optical technology is so much a 90's thing.

lol what 380 euro for 8gb RAM ? who is ripping you off ? (more like 50-60 euro)

A computer with the above specs will cost you around 700 Pounds (around 770 Euro)

A decent CPU cooler if you don't plan to hardcore OC is around 25 euro.

I5 2500K is around 170 Euro
560 TI 200 euro for the 2gb edition
PSU you only need 650 Watt, a decent one is around 70 euro
Mobo if you dont intend to SLI can be got for 100 euro
HDD are expensive now so if you got a spare its worth using it.
Case is personal preference unless your fussy about air flow/silence/looks/space
