I love the retro aspect, RA is in fact the game that leaded me to spring, okay okay c&c generals i played quitte a few times at lanparties too.
And yes in vain I'm constantly zooming and dragging lines and try to drag the camera and whatever more features i m so used to in spring.
At first my gfx was bugged but i found out i had to turn anisotrophic fileringg off in order to make it work properly.

So also game we played.... I guess we all crashed (the moment after my base assault was stopped @ south right)
Initially my openRA gfx looked like this:

The game tends to crash if somebody quits(not trolling now).
Also floris why not print scr

lal, i think its best to let programs choose their gfx options instead of forcing your own settings :S rarely any program is that shitty they dont allow changing those options... Gota's problem is probably because of that too... he just forgot it.

windowed mode should work, better in all ways.

yeah it was my fault, I had 2x AF on and setting it to "use settings of program" fixed it. There is not even an option for "always off".
I thought i had it on always off already

Yeah right, if it works just like spring windowed mode it sucks. Meaning moving your mouse to the edge of the screen wont move the camera. And fullscreen is <3

Ah that makes sense. The player I destroyed the headquarters of probably quitted then. He should have done 'surrender' first I suppose.

you can move cam with arrow keys as fast as from edges... i personally find the edge movement annoying because most of the UI is at the edge, so i disabled the edge movement for myself and use windowed mode stretched to full screen, epicly epic. (i had to build own program to actually launch the game as if it was "maximized" window, lol.)

It ends if host leaves. Had no crash during playing yet though sometimes when refreshing lobby/joining games it just exits.

a dozen bazooka/grenades dudes fuck stuff up quite fast. I also like putting artillery on a cliff/behind a river and shooting into the enemy base if its possible on the map.
Normal tanks for spam.
Walls seem to be lol-strong.
retro pro tip: with random startpos you can find find out what corner you are in by scrolling until you meet the map edges.
In team games I usually lost if the other team drove to front/whereever while we just deployed at start.
Btw some of the threads on their forum reminded me a bit of
"Why cant I shot through allied units in TASpring?"
Some of the maps have way too much ore imo...
