well then you could use png, it's a lossless format.

well yeah png is lotta better than bmp but im just used to save everything in bmp
i don't care abaut the filesize cause it really dont matter how much disk space they take

As for Bitmap format, I pity the delluded fool for wrote the design specs for that format all those years ago.
