my brother had a laptop similar to that hp small screen with nvidia 8600, he played spring fine on it. i wonder wats with the UV lamp tho.

Icemat2 ftw. My hand hurts if friction isn't minimal.

I use a super hardcore professional mousepad with a rubber mesh bottom that would rip the surface of the desk off before it would slip, and a slick plastic surface. Although, admittedly I got for more accuracy precision in NS, it had nothing to do with spring.

my mouse is actually light enough, I sometimes keep it slightly above the desk when I'm using it.
