Strange thing with 3DO rendering

Looks like there's something strange with 3DO rendering in svn (tested rev5083). I have some 3DO units that use solid colors (no actual textures except for teamcolor stripes). This is what they look like in 0.75b2 - most of the unit's surface should be gray, as shown here:

This is what they look like in svn 5083 - most of the unit, except for the teamcolor, is absolutely black:

Kind of a noticeable difference, eh? Something must be wrong with Spring since mod files are the same (directly copied from release Spring to svn one).
Teamcolor is gray in both cases. Same thing is happening with other solid colors, not only gray ones.

^ that probably needed its own thread but can anyone help?

i had a thought about the release.. will you switch the old lobby server over to the newer version and thus kill Spring 075, or will you use the buildbot server, or create a new one for 076? i think it'd be nice to have both versions available for a while? then after a bugfix release kill 075 so the community isn't split?

We never did it that way before. I think it would be too much trouble.

recent builds are a lot more stable, whether they are stable enough is hard to say... maybe you should add on online error reporting tool so you'd get a lot more of the crashes from normal users reported and could prioritise better, know what configs are causing problems, etc.?

not an online bug tracker. a utility (or change to the existing exception handler) to submit crash logs to the server automatically (made optional of course).
although it's probably too late for this release if you're about to do it, could help with the bugfix release though if you got it in for 076b1 :).

I've been getting a few of those crashes with the streflop random number generator as the source...not sure what is causing it but tis a major spring issue atm.

sorry guys, but the original problem, network games not starting, is still here. svn 5195. although now there's a workaround (start it twice).

first time playing a mod, slower PC times out when loading, then server crashes.
2nd time, it works ok (because the game loads faster the 2nd time?)

? please

edit: CA still doesn't work at all, this is for other mods.
