Felix, you type like a monkey when drunk. If you still had your thinking skills it would occur to you to slow down and make your touch typing right rather than posting mangled gooble.
You've made two assumptions.

1) I care.

2) I can physically hit one key at a time while drunk.

Also, I didn't say that I keep my thinking skills no matter how much I drink, nor did I say that my thinking skills while drunk are the same as while sober. Obviously neither are true.

I'm more saying that, while I may be wobbling around and falling on the floor due to drunkenness, I'm not going to come up with a brilliant idea like "hey, let's go run around in traffic in the nude!" like some people do while drunk.

Felix loves us when he is drunk. Apparently I was the only person not scared by that assertion.

After a week in Turkey (just back home), I really started to miss some of the Belgian beers. Although Efes wasn't bad at all.
About alcohol tolerance: the only time I was sick from booze was about a year ago at a little traditional harvest festival just around the block. A friend just drank me under the table with Lachouffe, the only beer I know that both smells and tastes good.

No, thats called being in drugs, there is a difference.
drug just word of media to put together all substiance that are not legal u know that u call medicine drug????? they all diff substance have diff effect so i think it is bit in justice to mark all as drug becuse sum are not bad and sum are more bad u know even caffeine u dring is drug???????? and nicotine!!! and alhcohol u can all of them become addict u maby addict to caffeine i donno but if u r then u maby get hedache whe n u dont have caffein in morning????? or so, but, i think my point is clear becuse drug word is bad generalization that is all )) SOME DRUG IS OK!!!!!! THEY ALL DIFF!!!!! i like alchol and caffein drug))))
The problem with alcohol is that it is a depressant. Therefore, for some people, drinking it and being addicted to it can be a very bad thing. For people who are prone to anxiety caffine is not such a good thing either. Foods (especially junkfoods that are actually made of certain types of plastic or rubber) can be used as a drug as well. Whether or not these drugs are good or bad depends on the person and who they are hanging out with.

As a side note, if you don't like alcohol here's another good use for the wine glasses:

I think I'd rather play with wine glasses than drink the wine.

Ugh... Amaretto... I enjoyed it the first time I drank it but every time after-wards... Eww.. Plus it isn't really the best drink the get drunk off of.. Too much sugar and too weak will end up giving you a bad hang-over.

Personally I never get so drunk that I forget what happened the night before. But I guess it has that effect on some people.

BTW----> Dont drink and drive.

Edit: Also if you don't like beer than you've either only had the crappy stuff (miller/bud lite, ugh,eww).. Or you haven't developed a taste for it.. Also, it helps if you have some good friends/(family members in my case, my brother kicks ass) that can brew up some killer home-brew.. I'd rather drink my step-bros award winning (no joke) honey ale than anything you can find in the supermarket.

Random interjection: Some of you know I work in a micro-brewery; we have started test brewing a tea-beer. Is this insanity, or does anybody think it might appeal?

Would any of you consider trying such a concoction were it available locally?

I have a hard time imagining the two being mixed too. Maybe mint flavored tea would make beer smell better. I kind of doubt it.

What sort of tea?

I think green tea with a hint of mint and lemon would go well in a darker, sweeter, less hoppy beer. I couldn't imagine it going too well with a light, bitter pilsner.

I'd certainly give it a try, though.

Honey brew is the shit homemade for sure :D. I'm a lowly college student as well at western michigan, its also known as wastern. As an idiot freshman I could kill a fifth in one night but I haven't done that in months, cause only jackasses keep that up :P. I'm a huge fan of Jack myself.

General rules everyone knows for drinking, no beer before liquor and never ever mix clear and dark liquors. I dont recommend any mary jane at the same time as alcohol either, worst hangovers EVER! I did it at my friends bday party and woke up feeling like I'd played eight innings of baseball pitching the whole time. I really don't much like jane at all really...

On tea-beer: I'm imagining a lukewarm caffeinated stout as being the perfect breakfast.

Liquor before beer, in the clear.

Beer before liquor, never sicker.

TBH I've never had any problems with drinking and smoking herb at the same time... drinking and smoking cigarettes at the same time makes me sick though. If I drink + smoke pot I generally just fall asleep.

Just don't mix different liquors period, leave it to someone who knows how to do it i.e. a bartender.

Do not under any circumstances do what I have done on occasion, which is to get really drunk, want more, and start drinking from half-drank bottles sitting on the table.
