err, you have just skim read this thread, you obviously havent read it properly otherwise you'd see me telling the other people who thought exactly the same thing.

In which case I dont have to deal with it I already have but the community needs to deal with a problem they're ignoring and tiptoeing around. Most of the people in question have only said anything about me because of this thread, which would create a rather unusual paradox if this where me posting to make them stop harassing me which it isnt.

The vast majority of flame wars and arguements are caused by 5-10 people. People have left this community because of these people. These people stall and derail progress in threads, for example, the logo thread, the numerous spring website threads, the new project name thread, lobby threads, a number of AA threads, numerous offtopic forum discussions, and numerous map releases.

These people made up a large number of the fiascos that lead to the mappers semi-private forum.

These people are a problem and we're ignoring it. These people are setting an example, these people act without consequence, and they know what they're doing, these people are poisoning any attempt at progress on this forum. Is it no coincidence that as soon as a project moves somewhere else it suddenly starts working faster?

AI discussion zoomed along in the darkstars forums when it got going, some people have even been known to say "things get done at smoths forums", heck threads that degenerated in this forum are going strong on smoths forum with even devs actively posting.

So we have a problem and as I predicted people are laughing it off or targetting me as a person.

It's called pessimism when AF does it, it's called trolling whenever someone does it to AF. You see why I'm sick of this issue, right?
