Expand around your painting areas (using select-->modify-->expand in PhotoShop, I think it's near the same in Blender) by at least 1 pixel (usually I do 2) to prevent those black lines you see on the edges.
Oh, and +1 about the logo thing.

Did you take any stuff from other textures?
It looks nice, but redo the head (the head is fugly), and next time try to get less uvmap distortion.

I use some free textures but edit them a lot since i still wait for Photoshop and only can use stuff that wont help really to save time with texture creating.
And the Head yeah maybe it looks a bit out of place, but you see this unit mostly from distance. Its a better spam unit. and really small.

Yes the idea was to remodel them, so i have no more problems with (C) or so.
Tauip was nice just unbalanced like hell.

You can see the effect Argh is talking about in that model - you have to paint a little bit (1px) outside of the shape on the map to keep those weird outlines from appearing at the edge of your texture seams.
Looks very nice otherwise though. Are you using any effects in the other maps besides the regular (diffuse) map? Any lighting or specularity?

The head is unimaginative, my reccomendation to you is to either redesign it completely ( dont turn a box into a box with extra greebles and polys), or remove it. It pulls the rest of the model down

oke here comes next 2 ^^ model today.

Core Moth, flametrower plane.
AND

and Core Ironfist, light artillery tower.
I know the Ironfist texture is not the nicest but i fucked up the model/uvmap and get sick of it so i leave it with that Crome look ^^.

probably but to be honest, it is good enough, he has a lot of shit to texture. at least it is not covered in rust
