wow. that was a lot high res then I initially thought. Those little cyclopes pewees are cute.
are these original models or made from the lego pieces?

In essence all models are originals designs.
All the separate meshes of a model can be considered lego pieces, because we can use them as such, but they are not designed as such.
For some pieces this makes a lot of sense to do, for instance a radar dish. It is an element that a lot of units share, so why not copy it instead of remodelling the whole thing?
But once you've started doing this it is very temping to save time by enhancing other units with reusable parts. For instance a length of metal pipe. You could say this is lazy but it can help to serve another important purpose; giving an entire unit-group or faction its own look, so to speak.
..although very original looking pieces can help with that too I suppose

Yes, I did forget to give credit where it is due:
The hammer, peewee, rocko and rezzer are KaiserJ's work. The texture on them Cremusses atlas, and FireStorm did the UV mapping of the peewee, the others are mapped by me.

Though as a concept I used a Clint

You get to ask yourself one question: "Do I feel lucky?"
Well, do ya Picasso?

he is trying to make it look like a poncho.

Firestorm the hat needs to look proper cowboy hat with the curve to it. In the good the bad and the ugly eatwoods hat has a slight downward curve. these flat top hats look like the sort of hat a mobster may have worn.
see the slight curves?

@smoth
The poncho is right on.
I was a bit unsure about the hat though, so I'm not actually sure I'm gonna keep it. Still have to figure that out.
@Picasso
Now I'm in anguish

wishing I'd known that idea before i already fleshed-out another gun system. It's kinda tempting to do it still, but I don't think I want to spent a lot more time on it...

I would add a slight curve to the sides. (feel free to use it if you like it).
like this:
