Jugg's a bit on the slow side, don't you think?

Airlifting it is a big risk as well.

Sumo is kick-ass but it's slow as well, you're better off can-spamming.

1+ to moho exploiter groundflash

don't diss the juggernaut baby.

Yeah, but they let you go toe-to-toe with your enemy's T3 units until you can afford a Kroggy. Assuming that you're on a map that allows/rewards T3 units and all that stuff, which most maps don't.

Really, it's all kind of academic. A competitive game on most maps simply will not see T3 units. They're too concentrated a resource investment to be viable in a close game. Unless they are made significantly weaker and cheaper, that's not going to change.

btw if you really change the krog pricing to like half of what it was before, is anything going to change to the juggernaut? since it's sort of the cheap krog alternative.

also who else thinks the juggernaut should be amphibious with it's gun still above water? :o it might need to be a bit bigger to pull it off but it'd be the sweetest thing ever.

This isn't OTA, there's no global "underwater" depth, so even if I put the turret 100 units above where it is now (the altitude some planes fly at) it wouldn't actually ensure that it can still fire when underwater, since there might be a map where the water is 101 units deep.

Does anyone else get the feeling that there is something wrong with the crawling bomb explosion effects? Dunno why, it just seems... off.

if you want the Juggernaut to be amphibious and use its big gun, make it a 'hovercraft' that treads water like the Demon in Nanoblobs. Might be interesting, in my opinion.

Believability is a big part of not sucking. Everyone who thinks it's believable that the Juggernaut can tread water, raise your hand.

Point. However, I wouldn't call believability one of AA's virtues.

I couldn't believe that it wouldn't kill about 500 of them..

TBH I'd rather you dropped the jugger than the krogtaar. The juggers gun is so pants that dispite having 20000000 hps, it's rarely seen in games and it's cost is astronomical. Bring back Krogtaar

Alternatively, give jugger a few anti swarm weapons - masybe a couple of hllts on its shoulders or something?

rev 8483772722: took pants off juggernaut
give jugger a few anti swarm weapons
What I'm about to say is going to sound very sarcastic, but it is not. I like the way you think, and I am in fact going to take several hours now and add about 10 LLTs.

See, you think I am being sarcastic, even now when I've stated beforehand that I'm not. You probably think that I am mocking you, even at this very moment. But I am not.

Another question. Does anyone think lvl 3 defence is slightly to strong? It seems very cost effiecent.

Depends on what you mean by L3 defense. Do you mean:

1) Defensive structures built by L2 cons?

2) Using L3 Mechs as defensive units?

3) Defenses against L3 mechs?

AFAIK, defenses go:

Stuff built by commanders: level 0

stuff built by l1 con bots: level 1

stuff built by l2 con bots: level 2

~~~
Juggernaut is now in possession of 3 LLTs and took down 250 AKs with about 5000 health remaining, without any assistance from the unit-bouncing-for-massive-damage bug.
Besides the Bantha, what plasma-style weapons use colored 3DOs for their weapons, anyone know? I just remembered I can use the new FX system to create proper stuff for these.
Yay jugger! I aklways saw him as an anti swarm beast but his gauss type gun things never turned quick enough for him to be effective. Yay Cadyr!
