Not all mine, but I did some serious changes, any suggestions? (don't tell me I used too much tri's, I don't care, I want to hear about proportions and stuff)

Nice, though the lower-legs look strange. They shouldn't be completely flat in the forward profile (ie viewing them along the z-axis they just look like tube), give them more curvature up towards the knee. With the upperleg, the bit where it thins to the knee joint is overdone: whilst the upper leg does do that, it doesn't do it that much.
Also, centre of balance is off. Move the entire torso forwards, it looks like she should be falling over backwards.
Also: where Samus' shoulderpads really that big? Can't remember...

I made some mistakes, and the tricount is too high, going to redo the whole thing, I have metroid prime (and II and III) so I'll watch the proportions, but the thing I wory about most is: how am I going to turn her into a ball?

I dont have the original anymore, and I'm not saying that this is my own, I did changes, some invisible ones (cleaner geometry) alot of proportion tweaks and more, which cost me alot of time, now don't worry about me stealing stuff, I'm not, and I'm busy making a new one from scratch.

also try mp1 fpr ngc, its also nice, btw use the goompas (or how they called) and samus as queen :) with charged-beam^^

This samus is going to be "super" quality, it will have a high polycount, bumpmap, normal map, ect, not for use in spring, but more fps specs.

i compared polys it has same amount and in same shapes in same place's this is the model you used... not saying that there are no duplicates of this in 3d warehouse you probably used one of the duplicates but they are the same model

then I got the polycount of the wrong not changed model:/ anyway, it doesnt matter, I have a much better version coming which I made grom scratch.
