Because it is so damn hard to use a free external voice client, such as, for the sake of an example, the springrts mumble server, RoX channel, to go a long with your free game? The only downside is you may be distracted by the Spring forums, and have to deal with an angry Otherside telling you that you should be paying to play the infinitely superior DOTA clone of his preference.

Why play the free experience whan you can pay for much the same thing?

Srsly why are you even still in this thread?

Anyone got pro skills with Kogmaw?
If the answer is yes(and your not just a nooby spouting unbased nonsense) than how is he better played?AP?AS? somethign in the middle?and what is your item build by order and summoner spells...

cos random teams will automatically join your mumble or TS server :p

And I am hardly the angry guy in this thread. Its mostly filled with LoL players venting/rage frustration alot of it which could be solved by a good dev team :D

HF playing with your friends in America...

Oh wait.

When you make some friends you dont need to play with a random team ^_^

What do you feel about this list?

It's useful but IMO doesn't reflect the true balance/imbalance of the game, but only the popularity of champions among high-tiered players--which may be based on the current balance of the game, or the balance a patch ago.

that list is mostly trash. Everyone pokes at elementz for his lulsy views on balance.

Balance is mostly subjective and due to preference unless something is just way OP..

Part of me died inside when I saw fiddle last on the tier 4 list.

I stopped playing fiddle after i won 4 games in a row with all 4 scores >20 kills, 0 deaths and >15 assists. I decided i needed a proper challenge so opted for anivia :P (who i now have also pretty much sorted out.)

On a side note, any suggestions which char i should try next? I want a high damage mage.

I would get Madreds, Malady and Void Staff. They have nice synergy with each other and with Kogmaw's % based damage ability.

VEIGAR

On a side note, I think I might have finally found a use for Tiamat: Caitlyn's proc! It is still a kinda lulzy justification for making it, but I have no mana regen runes and she really burns mana, I tried it as a substitute for Manamune and it seems pretty decent.

But veigar is only good against AP stackers, i.e assassins and mages. Kinda limited, no?

He is good vs everyone provided you get to farm.

Only his ultimate is affected by enemy AP, and it was recently patched to be based more on his AP than the enemy's. Dark matter has a 1:1 AP ratio, and baleful strike is a really nasty poke.

AP Malzahar! takes a while to get used to him, but once you've got the hang of the burst combos, expect to dominate.

viegar is also fun.

The two mages I regularly play are Malz and Veigar :P I think both are great fun, but Malz is a bit less direct/bursty and so more of an acquired taste.

Yup, I would not describe that dude as fun, just boring. Then again I consider most "good" champions boring.
