I know it's a game by Looking Glass. The name escaped me for a bit, but now I know it's Terra Nova.

No, that's good old Vanilla jetpack. Jetpack Santa was a special Christmas edition.

Ok, here it goes. Two games that are pretty easy. Only the screens are not so obvious. If you know them both, you can go...

cityhead you must be. thief2 and kingpin!
I loved the thiefscenario, the steampunk crashin with the druidmagic of the pagans. Wish they would make thief 4, were the hidden civilwar in the city escalates after the keepers magic went missing.

Ahw geez, too easy again...
They are making thief4 btw. And the rumours have been officially confirmed and my expectations are sky high. I hope they wont make me disappointed.

Really? I loved it. It was an acquired taste, though. The game's freakishly primitive backgrounds existed because the game did dynamic lighting before dynamic lighting was possible - explosions would light up giant squares on the walls. That and the game's physics were hilarious - it was so slippery and bouncy.

haha, i cheated, took the image name and googled it - and hey, turns out the game is called Feast and Pimpkin.
Actually when i googled it- it pointed me back to the springboard- feels like walking in circles man.
Its one sad irony, that all those settler (clones) did try to create something new, they exerimentald and the results were genious (in parts) - i guess thats also a success recipe. Have some nerds out there who try to copy your success, who try out something new- and if it works, you can incooperate it into your old, nevarchanging series and make it standard, without ever having to share the risk.

Lets make this a little bit challenging- you know where this guy is from? Well, there was a woman, called Martha, she looked into his head. And what did she find there?

I got it running! Native in win7 with this guy's glide wrapper:

For whatever reason d3d won't work, but the glide wrapper works perfectly.
