Funny thing is, on my days off, I often go a full day without this box. Don't really miss it, either, tbh.

Well, computer is a fairly vauge term. Going without "Computers" basically means going without heat/AC in your home, going without a car, no tv, no phones, no calculator, no radios, no trains, no busses, no nothing.
Now, if they mean computers as in "Personal home computers" then that is a little more doable... <grabs credit card, plays the batman theme>To the strip club!

Maybe I should have put "will" instead of "can"...

You're a stickler in any context. I can go without all of the above, but I see no reason to make an occassion of it. Besides, I have a lot of research to do and I'm not going to hurt my data crunch rate.

I will not.
I'm going to be shutting down my computer soon for 2 years.
So I'm going to enjoy as much of it as possible before it's time to say goodbye.

Going on a trip?
I don't know what's worse, one day without the PC or three weeks without internet. You'll soon notice how useless your PC is.

I've been without a computer for peroids of time, but that's when i've traveld/computer broke down. This would be a test too see if we could acually stay away from the internet and computer games for a whole day.

I can easily survive, and quite often do for days on end. Sometimes im even home for these times. I have the ability to stay away, but just choose not to, computer is more fun most times.
Im going to do the switch off day if i remember though, just so i can

See, there I just went two days without a (personal) computer, without trying.
The problem is doing it on a certain day, with absolutely no incentive.
