Looking great, only two things, one you already pointed out.
That PSU could do with a increase in power, so bump up the voltage to the 400-500 watts range if you can. Avoid generic models with no brand. However, don't break the bank on this issue.
Change the motherboard! After a quick Google search reviews don't look too good. For example the PCI-e slot only runs at x4 instead of x16, which would make the purchase of the 7900 almost a waste. BREAK THE BANK DAMMIT!! lolz
Also I assume that you have a CD/DVD drive not shown on the list. Would be silly of you miss that out.
Once you get those two sorted out you will have a pretty good spec.
Edit:
I'm curious, what is price for all that?

That looks good. You can change back to the former Abit mobo if you want. I did some more digging and found that it was the earlier model that had the PCIe troubles, but that Gigabyte is good as well . Your choice there, they are both great brands, go for cheaper price if you can't choose.
PSU looks like an ok buy. Never heard of the brand, but not seen anything bad about them with a Google search. Fine for a tight budget.
Don't know much about Monitors

However, the specs look fine, but it only has a VGA port where a DVI interface might preferable. Yet, beggars can't be choosers hey?
