The basic issue still applies, if you don't take the time to get really used to a mod it won't appear as good as one you are used to.

I tried to play it a couple more times and I just don't find it fun. I know a lot of work has gone into it and some people like it, it just isn't for me. Yes I've played it a decent amount and read the guide to starting off.

Easy guide to TAS Forum discussion

If someone posts something you disagree with, yet you cant put forward a real argument against it, latch onto an insignificant detail in their post and only argue about that.

Under no circumstances should you acknowledge the person made a good argument or admit you are wrong.

forgot to mention one other thing Ishach:

You must also immeadiately lock onto a small detail in their post and use it to derail the thread into another topic. Ex:

This thread started out as, "mod advertising by the lobby," and is now (and this is a loose summary). "tombom fails hard at Gundam."

The real problem is that everyone has their own opinion. We clearly need to eliminate everyone's individuality and replace it with a hive mind.

a hive mind would simply the the cumulative will of all the individuals, what we need is a dictator!

I guess what I said was misinterpreted. I'm really sorry for derailing two threads and I'm really sorry if people thought that I was saying that their work is crap. I try and be polite but sometimes I'm obviously not very good at it.

All I was trying to say was that I do try other mods a lot but I generally prefer BA. I also think that people who post on the forums a lot should play a bit more. I also think that you guys shouldn't focus on graphics too much as they aren't as important as gameplay.

That's all sorry if you found me rude or anything and sorry in general ok.

Graphics aren't important for TA mods but other mods face the risk of many users saying "this looks like crap, I'm not downloading/playing it" after seeing screenshots or fumbling around in their first game.

I've added notification based on mod hosted now, but will add "tip of the day" only if you can come up with at least 10 tips :)
