I've heard it before not only years ago, but it was a university in Portugal, haha.i seen this x years ago...
Kind of reminds me that story about Bill Gates suposedly going to a school, suposedly saying a speech (which is probably just the views of someone frustrated with school) for x (small number) mins, beeing aplauded with a standing ovation of x+y mins, then leaving in it's personal jet.
I've been getting that one ocasionally for many years now.
