Spring RTS Engine

Where to add those config parameters? I would like my minimap to show commands by default.
If I add
MiniMapDrawCommands 1
to ctrlpanel.txt it's being ignored.

Also, is there a way to move other gui stuff around or make is smaller?

In windows, you have to use regedit. The Spring
keys are in the "Software\SJ\spring" section of the
Current User profile (iirc).

Linux users can simply edit the ~/.springrc file.
