Sounds good, might switch over as soon as this one is mine :-)

Or if I get a new computer some day.

Any time you buy a pre-installed PC, format it and start fresh. There's so much ridiculous computer-n00b garbage on there it's sickening.

Just try to stay away from computers from companies that have ridiculous amounts of crap on them. Custom computers FTW!

Oh my fucking god, you noob! Don't you know that if you go to "uninstall programs" and uninstall all that came with Windows that you don't want (except for IE, MSN, Outlook, etc, etc, which can't be uninstalled), search all folders to delete all unusefull stuff, periodically run the clean up wizard, constantly handle a good firewall, have a resource sucking anti-virus, always think 3 times before following a link, actually follow no links in any browser .. actually not use a browser at all, etc, etc, etc, you will be fine, even though you will be spending more time strugling with the OS than actually using it. I bet that noob doesn't even know about that registry hack to reduce space usage by 4 MBs, hahaha.

What a noob, doesn't even knows how to go to the store at street NoWhere, in the back alley, behind the dumpsters, where PCs that don't come with Windows pre-installed are sold, hahaha, NOOOB!

NOOB! Doesn't knows that the money spent in an attached OS that he doesn't really wants is OK, that is not money lost because it will go into a good cause, making Bill Gates the riches man on hearth by a large margin. Noob doesn't knows that he is contributing to a Guiness Record, NOOOB!

Pentium II 300 and an ATI Rage 3D for me... I figured later that the money was totally wasted. What ever, you gotta learn it the hard way.

I find it amusing you all are like "Buy a mac, then!" on the boards of a game that doesn't run on OSX.

PS- My windows install is shot, again. Spring for OSX plskthx.

I was mentioning the new macbook which can run windoze (and linux of course) as well. I'd never touch OSX though. :P

Yeah, I can confirm, I run Bootcamp on my mac and it runs spring beautiful.

Unfortunately my Airport is the wireless internet hub for the apartment, so if I boot into windows to play spring my roomates try to murderize me since they just lost internet connectivity. :|
