Wolfbrigade 8) yeah that was a cool one. Both are, though Lodoss seemed like a spin off of the old LOTR movie (from the 70s or 80s).

Alex wins! Alex from Clockwork Orange is the most likeable unlikable charicter, followed up by Lucy and then by Mariko (who I still like to call Sadist Bitch)

Aww, but it was sad in the end
when mariko died by that explosion.. even tho she was a sadist bitch..
dont feel the least sorry for teh 'papa' though. just dumping nana like that, that was cold.

I felt so much worse for Papa. He'd been a bastard, and probebly deserved to die. He left Nana with loving 'parents' and then went off and died. Very depressing

Also could someone tell me who Keroro Gunsou is?

He's not the biggest, baddest guy around ('xcept when he's all wet and used the supersizing spoon, then he's larger than Godzilla) but he's still awesome in his own way. Wants to conquer the world so he can build Gundam miniatures, has the King of Terror as a close friend (and could thus order the destruction of Earth at any time but that'd mean no more Gundam), can turn invisible and gets an afro when hit by an explosion.

Naruto makes for awesome videogames on the Gamecube (seriously, try them, they can easily compete with SSBM in terms of party fun, though importing the 3rd or 4th one is better than buying the 2nd that's in stores in the US, the game mechanics get improved with every version) and Naruto is a nice character for smashing people off the page in Jump Superstars.

I'm not hugely knowledgeable about a lot of anime but i enjoyed
Trigun, Evangelion and Ghost in the Shell (The series more than the Films actually).

Also liked The full metal alchemist but it took me a while to really get into that one.

#1 of all time: Gall Force by Kenichi Sonoda (all OVAs - Excluding the 1990s Remake)

The Rest:
Gunsmith Cats (also by Kenichi Sonoda)
Iria - Zeriam the Animation OVA
Armitage III - The OVA, not the two films.

And to a lesser extent, NGE

Hm, a new Galaxy Angel series has started. New set of characters (don't seem as quirky as the old ones but maybe more episodes will fix that) but still hilarious. And it includes a girl with pink hair and "horns" for the hornophiles we have on this board :P.

It's good, but it's really aimed at younger teenagers. Still worth a watch though as the overall storyline is very good, though it looses track a bit at the end, mostly because they outpaced the manga the series was based on.

Something thats deffinately entertaining is Scrapped Princess. The animation is A+ and as it's based on a series of books it has a lot of depth and quite a good storyline that avoids a lot of cliques. Also the charecter design is by the same guy who did Cowboy Bebop.
