Actually Hamburg was just the tradepost these things went over to reach the US, they were invented by the army of Ghengis Khan who used raw meat paddies as food since it can be eaten on the horse without stopping and dismounting (which is why they're called steak tartar in French).Snipawolf wrote:Hamburg?
