Well, if modders voluntarily banded together and pledged to release their latest content releases as part of a monthly "Mod Pack" and only as part of a monthly "Mad Pack", that would be cool. The problem, of course, is that if you put all of the stable mods together it's a rather large file. Even with a base/update architecture it would still have the potential to be upwards of 30MB, which is OK for those of you who have ultrahigh speed but not cool for those of us with slow DSL/56k connections.
