I think TLL could contend... No one really bothered to get it rolling though. There was hype for AA for ages before it was released and I think that is why it initially got so much play time. It also appeals the most highly to new player because it has the most big superbots and big superturrets. It appeals to the old guard because it's quite a bit closer to perfectly balanced then most of the other mods out there so it's an easy play experiance to learn and master for us because most of the old strats are still workable with it if you modify them enough.

i believe that xta sucks due to the rubbish unit and building icons (looks so bad) and i believe that AA and Nanoblobs own all...

XTA has several inconvenients, that are fixed in AA and partially in XTA PE. Such as build pics, Anni-bug, animation speeds of con units, unusual advantage in first person mode. (and the high and low tractory feature).
But XTA and AA is a differ of taste.
