Well, the same goes for Millenium itself... some computers/users say it's great... most say it doesn't work.

win server 2003 yah, win 64 bit depends, one person reported it worked fine, another says he gets 1 fps, but one of them was on a dual core AMD the other a single core so I dont know, but ti should work.
ReactOS, if it works in Wine there's a very godo chane it'll work in reactOS sicne they work together on a lot of things.
