Teamcolour for features = transparent, easy to say, maybe not so easy to do.
I don't know whwere the limitation is I think its got something to with old GFX card compatibity. As squeezing the information into the textures files is possible without adding more layers or having bigger files.

it is not that simple bruce, I have already discussed it with SJ, we have the blue channel available. If he implements that then we can have transparencies on units also.

Sj said it wouldn't be too hard. After all it is just the blue channel. I don't know, maybe it isn't that bad but I have no idea what the needed libraries are for spring. That and if SJ IS working on it I'd rather wait just so I don't waste his time.

You'd think so, but apparently it's not so simple, something to do with the spring trees being handled totally different then normal features.
