I'm sorry, but… I'm dying in laughter over here. XD Why do we have the license at all if we're okay with it being broken?

Maybe in theory there is this license issue. But in practice: I think you overestimate the importance of spring and its lobbies. There's nobody around here anymore so it has no practical value.

There are far larger communities if you want to go the legal way.
