I just made a test with the BlobAI, captured losslessly via huffuvy at 1280x1024, then compressed with x264 dual pass to 2Mbit.
Looks still quite nice.
Only problem for the process is the 4Gbyte limit, as this video was 900Mbyte straight out of Spring (so 900->10 is quite nice for h264, considering that the 900 are already lzw encoded)
