Spads allows hosts to choose which modoptions they fix in their preset and which they make changeable, so maybe your lobby is displaying the right thing. (I didn't check any hosts.)

Yes, that tab is in. But I cannot change anything there. Got 'Bot admin' status on the host. I guess you have to actually own the host for that to work?
The '?' (information button does provide information on what it does and what the settings are (Off, Start points, Start boxes) but does NOT provide the command itself. (Which is !limitdgun for those who didn't follow the link)
I also observed this thing happening, the description field doesn't contain the name of the command. And Tasclient shows the description field when you click info (the ? button).
Solution:
Make the description field contain the "key" field.
