Spring RTS Engine

If I rename Taclient.exe to something like Tasclient_old.exe and Taclient_.exe to Taclient.exe, then when starting it (it = Tasclient.exe), it will say that it can not contact the server upon startup. It times out immediately, it doesn't even try.
