tournament starts tomorow people ...this is a reminder and also to move the thread further up the list =]

maps will be released tomorow at somepoint on this thread and also in the lobby

At about 10 pm gmt, FireCrack and I played our match. It lasted about 45 minutes, and I won :). The map played was acidbridge(supplied by DeadRabit).

There was an issue at the start of the game with the spectator revealing FireCrack's start(aircraft). However, I asked Firecrack if he would have changed what he did if min3mat hadnt said that, and he said that he wouldnt have. It only led me to build a couple samsons, which turned out to be completely useless. If this is seen as cheating, we can play another match.

I sent the replay to EO, should I upload it as well using the correct format?

I havent been able to contact Project 25.0.1 about changing the time... I emailed the person that sent me the notice about changing the time and I havent gotten any replies...

I can play at about 7am London time... And as Exams are starting this week I wont be able to play again until december

eh, will I be standing in on this one if Project doesn't show?

Ok well ill make it easyer for everyone.. im not gonna be able to play any games until december so either someone else take my place or auto forfit me in the games...

If the spec didn't do it on purpose, i don't regard it as cheating, i regard it as 2 guys running the marathon and a bystander, inadvertedly, getting in the way of one of the runners. I won't say it should be re-played and haven't seen the replay but if he was going for a gunship surprise, it can completely nulify it's effect.
I have guessed people's starting position just by hearing the say «What?» in Evad. (there is a metal patch that is on a hill and doesn't allow to build the mex)

i'm playing in like a few hours, wheres the map info? it was my bad in the last match, theres no problem with spectators but it switched from s: chat to global chat when i switched teams (using 1,2) to see how his enemy was doing all spectators be wary of this!

[edit] the game was open from GMT 5:04 to GMT 5:31, then a bot offered to play for rabbit and lost, demo available apon request.

My bad. I posted the replay on FU, because EO has not replied to my email and doesnt seem to be around. FireCrack told me that he was not going for gunships, but instead just trying to take the middle. I dont think the incident really changed the outcome of the game.

I was lucky to find DeadRabit on the client. He gave me the map and allowed us to have a spectator in the game. It appears they are not even checking this thread to find out times when people are playing... as only his game got "confirmed"(a game that he didnt even show up for), even though all the information for the games is right in this thread. The maps were never provided for anyone else.

I have emailed EO the results and the replay. I went ahead and posted the replay as well, in hopes that all of this can get resolved.

This tourney needs to be much better organized than it is right now. At the moment, everything depends on EO to be there. We certainly shouldnt expect him to be everywhere, but I would have expected him to be somewhere.
