I hadn't heard much about him before he passed, abd I've never used C, but even the ignorant can be respectful.

objections to object orientated programming- he had them

but, everything good on the dead aside, srsly c had flaws and was hackers best friend. And while the good and perfect moan the lack of controll, the average appreciate the handed tools to archieve something.

If you take the skill & patience nescessary then c is more closed-off from the creative comoner then java or python ever were.
