Sounds like you are attaching to -1 piece.

random screenshots from yesterdays games:

A still picture does not really do it justice.
Bad idea to test this shortly before you want to leave house.
just another game and suddendly its 2 hours later. But there just was so much to discover!
Thanks to all the testers, also for sticking around after the first game crashed. (luckily was the only crash)

yes, appearently -1 piece is hidden at -1000, found some thread about it. That is fixed, at least I did not see it happen yesterday.

It is Delta Siege Dry anyway.
ships (and hovers) should be possible possible with modrules...
It works in my testmod, hope the mutator willl overrule BA modrules.

Strangely some blobs of units were a bit unwilling to move.
I did not know passengers could have an effect on units movement. The obvious solution is to add more units until it starts moving again.

Also it seems transported units lose their LOS so you only have have LOS from the unit at bottom. Any idea how this could be changed?

Its one of the physix features of the spring engine:D

Units seem to dissappear (scaled into nothingness) and then reappear from flatspace.. try it. It has something of really close-combat..

Rendered completly obsolete with all the Lua that Spring now has.

still a brilliant idea, dont have to burn your own archievments big Z

Back to knorkes mod. Yet another game, and still the awesome is there.
Short Analysis: Its the pure thrill of dangerous eperiments under stress, and therefore comes awfully close to what a battlefield really is. Everybody uses his best cunning and skills to get the other one with his weakspots..
And there is always the promise of things not tried yet..

seems the (rare) crashing was caused by something that Kloot now fixed:
https://github.com/spring/spring/commit ... 4378bf458b
hooray! That + no-more-flat-units will surely turn out usefull in the future.

I will not continue to work on this because it only was meant as a joke anyway.
It is easy to get lost in fixing all kind of small (and big) bugs (like broken nanos) and before you realize you have sunk weeks into some side project...

I was looking forward to the commander/radar unit making an appearance in the next BA release. This unit has potential knorke, don't dismiss it just yet.

I dare you to stare into his cold, dead, endlessly twirling eyes and call him a joke.
