I love fanbois. If Apple released an iPhone that always explodes when you turn it on, Apple wieners would still be queuing to buy it. It's like a freaking cult with Jobs the Messiah.
Seriously though, I can't understand why people wouldn't be upset by this. I think if you have nothing to hide then you're a boring twit and I hate you.

ifail is fail, go android.
lol android is so crap the iphone battery lasts much longer and all the apps they are very good and more usefull.
Battery consumption is mostly about the phone hardware(which varies between android phones) and the operating system which also varies. So which phone and operating system did you test?
Regarding apps that's a ridiculous statement, of course iphone and android both have crap as well as good apps. In fact Android probably has more good apps because it is easy to develop for whereas iphone uses Objective-C, universally hated because it sucks hairy balls on a hobo.
iphone is an overpriced fashion accessory really but keep on blindly loving it..if you don't believe me look at the pricing on the ipad vs iphone.

I like how everybody is ignoring that a lot of Android apps already do this with the added feature of sending it over the network back home rather than waiting for a company representative to get access to your phone/home machine

+1, I do say that the 5Mp iPhone 4 camera trounces most 10MP cameras on other phones, though I wish there was a way of attaching or replacing the lense with some larger on the back

I think its hilarious that people compare camera quality on phones, when 99% of the people using them take not only terrible composed/planned shots, but also have no clue whatsoever about some of the elementary basics of photography. They also rarely view them anywhere beyond facebook or tiny screens, both of which nuke high resolution. (Also jpeg pixel doubling yay).

lol yeah, anything above 5mpix is useless shit in phones... marketing has taught to people: more mpix = better, while it actually just makes it worser. i lold when i found out how crap those high res phone cam quality actually is, NOISE EVERY FUCKING WHERE. but if you resize it 10x smaller, all noise gone... whee, profit? and some phones have "digital zoom" joke in it, and most of those huge mpix cams actually just resize lower resolution to higher resolution XDDDDD, just to brag "we have 10mpix, that means our cam is super awesome!".

Evo 4G has a 8 mp camera, but as stated, mp doesn't really mean much for image quality, BUT, where it does help is, you can take a pic at 8mp, then scale it down to a reasonable viewing size on the screen, and it looks fantastic.
Evo4G pictures also look really nice printed at 4x6 (I've never tried anything higher, but also, the 4x6 I printed was jsut for a test, I have absolutely no use for printed out pictures).
My point is that having a high mp is good for people who understand how to resample them into a lower resolution. For idiots thinking that they can all of a sudden become big time photographers... ./facepalm.

I dont know about the megapixels but as AF said the iPhones camera is very good actually better then many cameras of the same price. There is also the advantage that with the iphone you have a nice big screen to show the photo instantly after it was taken. Or you edit it with one of the many apps and then upload it. It would also be hard to find a camera with a screen ass big as the one from the iphone which is kind of mandatory to take good pictures. (composing etc)
