Please:
-which OS
-which keyboard layout
-upload uikeys.txt

But I know there are some special keys in some layouts that dont get handled correctly on Windows and on Linux. No idea how to fix though.

You can still put

Code: Select all

//SPRINGSETTINGS DO NOT TOUCH
inside your uikeys.txt when using latest version to prevent springsettings from modifyng your uikeys.txt.

Ubuntu 10.04
Hungarian keyboard layout (that's it? or can i be more precise?)
Attached uikeys.txt

I thought it's the same for every non-ascii letter, and these are not needed.

Sorry, I never found a way to do that keyboard layout conversion correctly on Linux. Your only chance is to tell springsettings to not modify your uikeys.txt like I posted before.

I don't know if it helps, but i found that wxKeyEvent::GetRawKeyCode() gives the number that is needed for Spring.

Anyway I'm fine with the DO NOT TOUCH solution. Thx for mentioning.
