Spring RTS Engine

how did i get my friends to play spring on LAN with me?

i said "ok time for you all to install" and then when they tried to object i just shouted "wahh wahh wahh" over and over, until one guy finally started to install, then it was a domino effect. never underestimate the power of being annoying.

oh and if you're trying to get girls to play, tears are pretty failsafe. just weep uncontrollably at the first sign of spring install resistance

I looked for a different engine to mod for because im sick of ZHs bugs.
I prefer speedy games wich arent spammy like hell, recommend me a game!

Yes but it takes more skill to cry on command, you need method acting skills or how its called. (You remember something sad)
Its more tricky.

Kernel Panic might be suitable to try, theres not too many units to know and no resource balancing outside makin cons & capping geos. So the basics should be kinda intuitive to make it fun even when you dont know the game yet.

Also, Kernel Panic comes with a complete installer including the Spring engine, the mod, the maps, and a selection of useful widgets. That might come handy when everybody has to install it in a LAN.
