I will try again.
1. You can place Features with the SM3 Feature Placer. That link I gave you will show you where to download it.
2. You can also place Features with World Builder. This would mean that I would have to change World Builder and then give you a copy to use to make your map. Players would not need this.

I hope you are not badly if I ask again
I do not understand one thing yet:
why doesn't an example help me? i could see in sm3 file how it works.
1. add this to sm3 file
[FeatureTypes]
{
NumTypes=2;
type0=blablablub; // the correct code naturally
type1=blablablub2; // same
}
2. add this
featuredata=FeatureDataFileName;
3. make file with FeaturePlacer and copy to map directory
4. copy s3o and stuff where ever i have to copy it
and if I only see which I can not do by myself
I have to admit I dont understand it yet
do I have to convert a file?
I cant write the code without lua known?
iam too stupid ...lol
sry iam asking again ...I do not understand the problem

i made some features: s3o, unittextures, tdf

but i dont want these stupid scanlines in my map
Moinmoin,
ein paar Fragen zu SME:
Was f├╝r Scanlines?
----------------
Hi,
some questions about SME:
What scanlines?
Could you supply a screenshot of said problem?
Are you using ATI or NVIDIA?
ATI has/had some problems with DXT-Kompression and Mipmaps in their drivers. As an alternative you can use external programs to convert your texturemap, then supply it to SME for compiling.

Frostregen du sprichst deutsch ??
Ich bin begeistert.
Wegen den Scanlines:
Das Problem tritt beim compilen auf. Deswegen hat Beherith den MapConv gefixed.
http://springrts.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=17638
