How about we just make it have the ability to morph into something with far more range its barly mobile anyways, So it can be used to say morph some dementedly strong Defensive structure with an astonishing range (far less then LRPC's) so their is more use to it then MAKE MOVE MORPH WAIT....... Oh yeah request cheat that allows juggernaught to fly.

juggernaut would be more useful if it had bertha as weapon yeah... or maybe buzzaw.

I say any unit bigger than another should do damage when they collide. The damage should be relative to the proportional difference in size.
