I have 24 down and 1 up, but recently time warner cable changed the way the shit works. It's kinda irritating, but basically they changed it so that my base speed in 15 mbit and whenever I'm downloading a file over 50 megs it shoots up to 24 mbit. I don't understand why they changed this... Prolly so they could charge newer customers 10 more bucks per month for "Power boost" in addition to the "Turbo" for another 10 bucks a month.

Meh, I guess cause we've been with them and paying for "turbo" for eons they "gave" us powerboost when they made that silly marketing scheme. It is annoying though.

When I move back to LA some time this year, out there I will have verizon fiber optic which is 20 down and 5 up. I'm drooling over the 5 up. That's gonna be fucking incredible
