Spring RTS Engine

i remember playing war3 beta in a net cafe on LAN, perhaps earlier versions didn't support it.

i can't imagine that korea will be very happy.

my whole thing with this... they are already splitting one game into three... now they are taking away aspects of that game to make it even LESS substantial.

imagine buying a burger. you can have the bottom bun now, the patty in about a year and a half, and the top bun about a year after that. oh, and after all that, you may NEVER HAVE PICKLES!

supcom != supcom FA or Supcom 2.

You and your friend have 2 DIFFERENT copies of SC2

You are CONNECTED to the internet but playing on the same WAN IP

Battle net will realize this and then let you guys play in a LAN environment.

It all sounds nice but it's still retarded becuase i have to be connected to the internet and we need different copies of SC2.

the idea being everyone present pays for the game
