Note, it's a really really bad map, unplayable pretty much. I figure it's just cause Crysis maps are obviously not going to be designed for RTS. Or it could just be my lack of 1337.
However, it is possible and the map used no effort of myself in the creation of the Heightmap and Texture map, just ripped straight from Crysis. Was more of a test that it is possible.

I'm looking for a good non-buggy fog .lua, and so would grab and try any.

ask beherith for a version that works on ati; dunno if your bug is fixed there but it's the most recent anyway.
