hmm... sometimes i have used very tiny font just because it was the only cross-browser way to deal with some padding or something... cant remember clear anymore, maybe it was just my lazy hack afterall, im very lazy so i just put some shit there to hold the HTML together and run away =D

small text isnt meant to be read anyways... thats why they use small text in some product terms of use etc or wtf is it called as, they dont want people read it, thats why its small.

You can quote them, copy and paste into the address bar or wherever or squint your eyes to read small text.

Most browsers have an Increase site size option so you can see tiny text easy. I know Internet Explorer has it.
