Someone should make a room escape where you don't actually solve puzzles, you just bash the crap out of shit until you've generally done enough damage to the obstacles preventing your escape to just get out.
Probably wouldn't be as fun, but it would be an interesting commentary on the genre.

I made my own room escape game. Except my game has a really clever twist that means you can play it anywehre, AT ANY TIME! Simply close your eyes, then try to find your way out.
It can sometimes take me literally minutes to get out again. This game also has the benefit that you can play with friends, or with strangers on the train!
