Atm he has a two week ban for reporting everyone that disagreed with him in a thread. I have no idea if the ban will continue after that.

so how does this work, mods let emmanuel out of the cage like once a year and he runs rampage all over the forums then they remeber why he was caged up in the first place and then back to the cage he goes. lolz
