I agree with trademark on this one. I've played a few 1v1s that started running at .8 speed for no reason. It's something that needs to be fixed.

we played some 1V1 tourney yesterday.On the final match, cpu was below 4% for everyone, yet still speed was around .8 . This can be boring, especially in a tourney
