actually, when units fire the inaccuracy is made by pointing the gun X degrees off target, so when range increases so does inaccuracy. as the bullet has to fly longer distance the more it will fly off-target.
this is why high trajectory will always be much less accurate than low.
and another thing, units seem to have a base inaccuracy or something, that doesn't allow perfect accuracies. i had a mobile flak turret with 600 experience, and it still did miss quite a lot.

Because the weapon doesn't have accuracy=0;

as i thought, so there is a inaccuracy from the unit and from the weapon.. right?
this is different from ta, correct?

Inaccuracy is from the weapon only, same as TA. (0 = perfect accuracy)
EDIT: Well, AimFrom has a part to play but let's not get into that.

Brings a whole new meaning to the rading theory and how good it is to keep experienced units.
Actually, a unit with perfect low trajectory accuracy also has perfect high trajectory accuracy. :)
I still go with my original statement. Wind does play a factor in projectile bombardment. Anybody else notice as wind doesnt necessarily effect smaller units that much, a bertha shell or vulcan cannon projectiles will be patched a bit off when firing high trajectory.
Basically, get your units to the highest experience possible and their hp will be several times that of a just built unit.

I've found that the best way to completely confuse your enemy is to start shelling his base with HIGH TRAJECTORY
there's a way to switch how a weapon fires? i'm confused, please explain. What i'm understanding is that there is a way to make a bertha shoot straight at the targer or shoot at a higher angle and make the shell fly up and then down instead of straight ... is that correct? if so, how do I do that?
thanks!

oh man, I wish I would've known that! It would've definatelly helped me win a game on Small Devide. My Bertha kept shooting the hills and my opponet was hiding next to them on the other side. My artillery was shooting the hill too while his where shooting over it... I thought maybe it's because he was a different race hehe
good to know! thanks
