yeah but machines killing stuff arent evil. they dont have what it takes to be evil. a terminator would never rape a kitten, it'd just squish it. and while that is very bad, its not quite evil territory.

imo, the part of being evil is having a soul (unless you are the kind of thing that is supposed to have a soul, like a person, and dont have one)

The C-Tan were meaner WH40K villains. Their wickedness corrupted the warp in the first place afaik. They nearly destroyed the whole freaking galaxy, not just a few planets. They eat stars for breakfast.

How about the Horned Reaper from dungeon keeper 2? A Ferocious, freaking evil creature that "cannot be stoped, only slowed down" :) And the best part is that it is one of yours, not one of theirs.
