Guess what- for the Site relaunch it will be absolutly nessescary of the content uploaders to reupload the Pictures, descriptions.. the same prossedure as every site..

i wont trust UF anymore

why even reload it when weve got all these sites replacing it and there all twice as better than uf.

Someone apparently forgot to keep local backups...

there is already enough backs ups and besides if they are all down at one time the website that crashed first will hopeful be close to reactivating. players can hold out for more than 4 hours without mod or mad downlaods. otherwise they will be muted if they complain :)

I notice that iamacup is back, he grabbed my whole site..

just at the moment i got problems with the jobjol mirror-search due to isp security changes, the bandwidth usage this month capped already and he leeches of another 15gig.

I think its a very disrespectfull thing that he copied all the contents of the jobjol site, without even asking or notify me.

lol, cuppy is one of the most sociable people I know online. He probably didn't think about the bw impact when he did it.

well its nice to have more mirrors at least = less bandwidth usage in future (IF he is going to cooperate with you and being one of the mirrors... .)
but i agree it wasnt nice thing to do without asking...

your mirror script does not require a test every single time someone loads a file, maybe once every ten or never, once a file is established as being online at location X then it can be saved and no further checks are necessary.

at any rate that server has 2000GB p/m limit and can server you well, if you want to use it, if not then.....



if you cant fopen remote sites because your server is shared i cant help you.

if your site is online it is in the public domain. You can├óÔé¼Ôäót complain, anyway afik the spring lobby is getting bittorrented up so http mirrors are immaterial. i am only providing this mirror as courtesy for abandoning everything, i intend to expand into areas that are not spring related.

read better, the mirror script is useless for me. I only need the filename and downloadlocation in the printout with some marksers for making it clear a new file or some other value is the next string.

well its done now i cant give you the bandwidth back. blocking my website wont actually do anything to return or eliviate your bandwidth problems now i have all the files.
