he is talking about the mass tag which by default is aquired by using the metal value and thought some value comparison determines whether or not something is crushable. IIRC the mass= was only a unit tag.

Unless someone slipped it into features as well and didn't tell anyone, then yes. Thats some oversight.
If someone were to implement the tag however, I would happily have trees all worth 20 E and no M, and rocks worth 200 M or so.

Some write a patch.
And sorry WarlordZ... seeing as a month ago I said I was going to release this and its then took me over a month to find time to do a few last min fixes, I think its safe to say I still have no time. This does represent All my free time since November 2007

Anyway, with the map, Its awesome looking, but not that great for gameplay because of all the high m trees around..

OK, apparently tehre is a mass Tag, which I will use to fix teh feature issues.
Whiles't there, I'll also applie any otehr fixes, so... Any coments? Is M to high or low (once features are gone...?) Any other gripes?

I think the volcano looks a bit dead. You have a lava texture in it, but it lacks the illusion of light/heat at the moment, so I'd try to do something about that. Probably through the texture, unless you find some other fancy way of doing it.

Perfect spot for gaia features-as-units to throw off some haze or smoke, once that's working. Wait till AfterShockV4, imo

Well you could use some geovent smoke coming out from that... :>
However i think its fine. Looks cool to me. But if it needs something i think it would some more color palette and variety of texture... Maybe some more lights fading to the edges

Gmn? Anyway, I think I'll stick and a feature in there with a glow map.
Anyone know enough LAU to write me a widget to make smoke and possible do a slow fading in and out ground flash?

anyway, you could make the lava a unit that cannot be targeted and then give it a CEG....

iirc, even if it is set so that it cannot be attacked, aircraft will still make attack runs on it. Annoying!

There should have been a fix for that a loooooong time ago, I had begged trepan to do it.
