Spring RTS Engine

Damn, I missed this thread during the November loop, but CA's usage of the stockpile for Screamer/Mercury is excellent! I was hoping for stuff like Missile Ships and whatnot to use this as well.

Also, any plans to revamp the hardcoded weapon interception system?
